Christian Bale has left a London police station after being questioned about claims from his mother and sister that he assaulted them.
The Dark Knight star is alleged to have “lashed out” at his mother and sister in his suite at London’s Dorchester Hotel on Sunday. He was released on bail until September after being held for four hours.
Representatives for Bale have released a public statement regarding his arrest.
Although it is not confirmed, some are saying that Bale flew into a rage after his mother insulted his wife. I am sure that as time goes on, we will finally get the whole story.“Christian Bale attended a London police station today, on a voluntary basis, in order to assist with an allegation that had been made against him to the police by his mother and sister. Mr. Bale who denies the allegation, co-operated throughout, gave his account in full of the events in question, and has left the station without any charge being made against him by the police. At this time, there will be no further comment by Mr. Bale.”
